About Us

Since its inception in 2012 CD Fairfield has grown into one of the UK’s leading Non- Statutory and Statutory property and personal debt specialists. We are individually placed to represent our clients in all aspects of property debt from misselling, review, restructuring, refinancing through non-statutory negotiations (write downs), to statutory resolutions (IVA’s, administrations, bankruptcy) all in-house. We operate under the regulatory framework of both the FCA and CARB, this gives our clients the highest possible degree of protection and comfort.

Every client receives a bespoke, personally tailored service and proposal that meet their specific needs and the criteria of their lender, unlike many of our competitors who use templates.

CD Fairfield has developed strong insight and relationships with all the main UK lenders, due to our transparency and consistent approach.

As of December 2016, across our range of services, Negative Equity UK, Negative Equity NI, Get Help With Debt, Landlord Debt Advisory, CD Fairfield Insolvency, we are representing over 410 clients and negotiating over £61 million in property debt.

We offer a range of services, with a track record of successful outcomes that is unmatched in our sector. We offer all potential new clients a free initial consultation to review their options.

Corporate Responsibility

We’ve got big ambitions but we’re local at heart.

Still a young company, we’ve enjoyed success over the last few years that has exceeded even our big ambitions. But we’ll never get too big for our boots.

As a local company and a responsible employer, we’re conscious of our corporate and social responsibilities, so we work ethically and transparently and use sustainable practices wherever possible:

  • We avoid risk-taking in favour of a thought out, strategic approach to everything we do in order to build our business steadily and sustainably.
  • We are an ethical company happy to pay our taxes, supporting and enabling the society in which we live and work.
  • We look after our people, motivating them with good pay and benefits packages, supporting their professional development wherever we can.
  • We support the communities in which we live and work with a particular focus on helping young people, sport and local charities

Still a young company, we’ve enjoyed success over the last few years that has exceeded even our big ambitions. But we’ll never get too big for our boots.

Glenavon FC Academy

Glenavon F.C.

We’re sponsoring Glenavon FC Academy over 4 years, aiming to encourage and enable young people in sport. Glenavon Academy, Northern Ireland’s premier youth football academy, is very active in cross community projects and it primary goal is to get local kids fit and to break down social barriers between communities.

Autism Ireland

Autism Ireland

This year, we’ve made Autism Action Ireland our charity of the year. Tina Wallace used to work with the team at CD Fairfield and we are delighted to be able to help support a cause close to her heart. We presented Tina and her husband Paddy with a donation and our team will be fundraising throughout the coming year.

Mount Charles

Pro Bono Work

As debt representatives and counsellors, we often see people who are facing severe difficulties. In many of these cases, we’ll provide help on a pro bono basis to help people with no other options to escape their property problems.

NoIreland International Crime Fiction

Noireland

We recently sponsored Noireland, Ireland’s first three day crime fiction festival, organised by No Alibis independent bookshop. We supported Noireland in organising a series of creative writing workshops with leading crime writers to develop a new generation of local authors and screenwriters. More than 2000 people attended the festival, with more planned for the future.
